The one disappointment that I have about Millbrook Middle School is the lack of art programs in the school. There is no music class, no art class, no chorus...nothing! The children would be happier if they could express themselves through the arts at least once a week! There is no need to have PE everyday- they need to mix PE and art/music classes throughout the week!

This school is lacking programs but instead of complaining about it do something about it! I think if more parents were involved in starting these programs we could be successful! I think that the teachers in general are lax on grading and need to buckle down and grade a little harder on grammar and by not letting the students get away with "just getting by". The teachers are not helping these students for the future because when they get to college the professors will not allow double negatives and improper wording on papers! I'm very hopeful that since we have a new principal who really wants to make a change in this school,I really see potental in this school! So don't sit and whine about what we don't have and do something to make us have something. Remember: It's not all up to the teachers it takes a whole village to raise a child

this school is decent but some teachers ...blame black students for everything dont trust them everytime they say some thing they look at those students never trust them and also treat them like dirt..its sad im the year 2k11-2k12 we still suffer from racial desremionation but ill work thru it like ive been doing all year but when a nother teacher/administrator walks thru that door she changes soo some one needs to do somethig............now!

This school has much need for improvement. Children are not supervised properly. They want money every time you turn around. They will offer a field trip costing up to $25.00 and then make sure your child gets an office referral so the child can not go but they keep the money.

I'm a grandparent, and I've noticed the same things. No supervision at all! The laws of the land requires our children to attend schools, but cannot provide descent protection for them, if they can't provide for kids safety, why are they still allowed to operate the facilities? No cameras, no metal detectors, no safety measures for our loved ones. What's next? Close the school down!!!!!! No ratings...00000big fat ZERO!!!!! Half a star.
