Staff in office is rude. Do not expect a smile. I would rate the office staff as nice as the staff at my local DMV. I expect an elementary school to be a nice, welcoming place for parents. Not this school. Your talked down to, your concerns are not addressed. If you do express any concerns the staff in the office seems to take it as a personal attack.
