This school is wonderful all around. It has a wide variety of programs such as offering a variety of AP classes, a strong sports program, and a strong music and drama program. It has wonderful facilities and is located in a great community with strong parental involvement.

For the first time ever the show incorporates a dazzling wireless mobile LED light show that accompanies the many \"icons\" built into the marching drill. These icons include the American Shield, the Captain America Shield, the United States of American Outline, and the American Flag Finale including the firing of the Spirit of Cahaba's Cannon!
The results for the marching season were amazing as well....for the first time in school history with the largest Band in school history, the Band earned Best In Class/First Place honors in every standard adjudicated caption (Drum Major, Majorette, Color Guard, Dance, and Percussion) as well as Top Honors at each of the three competitions. These results are included at the end of the video! This video was captured October 4, 2025 at the Lake Martin Invitational and was chosen by the Directors to best represent the marching season.
